Puzzles for my Grandad

I wonder if you can help me.

I got introduced to puzzles by my Grandad, and it's his birthday soon and I'm looking for a fun and unique puzzle gift for him.

I wondered if you had any recommendations, and would you be able to create a personalised gift for him with his name on the cover? I'm sure he'd love it and it would really make his day.
