This book contains two arrow-based puzzles: arrow words, and arrow Sudoku!
If you've not come across arrowwords, they are a crossword variant where the clues appear in the grid with arrows telling you in which direction you should write each answer.
Arrow Sudoku, however, are a variant of the standard Sudoku puzzle and add... you've guessed it... arrows in to the solving mix! These add some lovely mathematical logic to the solving experience to create a subtle puzzle that is generally harder than a standard Sudoku. The cells along the body of an arrow must sum to the circled cell at its head. This introduces some really nice logic to the Sudoku-solving mix!
Tatami is a lesser-known logic puzzle, but still great fun.
The aim of the puzzle is to place the numbers from 1-5 twice in each row and column of the grid, and once in each of the bold-lined regions in the grid. A number cannot touch itself either horizontally or vertically in the grid.
Each puzzle can be solved logically, but they involve some really nice logic that is required to solve them. Can you tackle them all successfully?

At regular intervals through the grid there are circles containing a series of numbers, as can be seen on the front cover. The number in each circle is the sum of the digits in the four surrounding squares. For instance, if the sum is 10, then you know the surrounding squares must contain 1,2,3,4 in some order - since there is only one way to make 10 from four different numbers, and all the numbers must be different in order to be compatible with standard Sudoku rules that no number can repeat within a 3x3 box.

Pangrams are an absorbing variant on a wordwheel puzzle. You are given a series of letters, and you must find a word that can be made using all the letters provided. However, there is a novel twist! These tell you the order in which those digits appear in the row or column.
